Three differences, in order of importance. One, every homeowner is delivered to exactly one partner — never resold, never co-listed. Two, every lead clears a four-point verification stack (address, ownership, intent, budget) before it touches your CRM. Three, you have a written response SLA from us. If we miss it, the lead is replaced. The vendors selling you "exclusive leads" right now usually fail at least two of those.
We work cost-per-lead, with vertical-specific bands published in our scoping doc — currently $185–$240 for roofing, $240–$320 for solar, $295–$410 for remodel, depending on your market and intent grade. There's no monthly retainer, no setup fee, and no annual contract. You pay per delivered, verified lead.
A maximum of six per metro, across all verticals combined, and never two partners in the same vertical in the same metro. Once a slot is filled it stays filled — and we publish the open-slot count on this page in real time.
It's dropped from the pipeline entirely. Not resold to another vendor, not retargeted into a "warm list," not aggregated into a marketplace. Our 8% drop rate is real cost we eat to protect your sales floor's time.
